SALES CALL TUNE-UP
Are your B2B sales calls awkward and not generating sales? Get coached on exactly what to change.
You've got a good idea.
Your sales calls… not so much.
You're an entrepreneur, creator, or founder with a B2B offer you believe in. But when you get on a call with a potential customer, things get… fuzzy.
❌ Feature Overload
You talk too much about the product and not enough about the problem they're actually facing.
❌ Lost Direction
You're never quite sure what to ask next, so conversations meander without focus.
❌ Weak Endings
The call ends "nicely," but nothing concrete happens. No clear next steps, no commitment.
❌ The Vanishing Act
Prospects say, "Send me something," and then vanish into the ether. You never hear back.
Here's the thing
You don't need a giant sales course, a new CRM, or a different personality. You need a clear, honest review of what's actually happening on your calls — and practical changes you can make right away.
1. Specific Feedback
Discover exactly what worked, what didn't, and why. No generic advice—just concrete insights from your actual call.
2. Immediate Improvements
Walk away with clear changes you can implement on your very next call. Results start immediately.
3. Reusable Structure
Get a simple framework you can apply to every future conversation, making each call more effective.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Brendan
I’m a health tech sales coach and consultant who’s spent years selling into health systems, hospitals, and health plans... where good ideas often go to die in committee. My work is all about helping you avoid that fate.
Instead of drowning you in theory, I help you slow down your calls, ask better questions, design smarter pilots, and build deals that feel safe and compelling to your buyers. You get clear language, better stories, and a structure that your team can actually follow.
If you’re building something meaningful in healthcare and want more revenue, more quickly, without turning into a pushy salesperson, I help make that happen with a mix of strategy, coaching, and a bit of dry humor along the way.
Four simple steps to transform your sales conversations
1
Send Me a Call
Record a sales call via Zoom, Teams, Meet, phone... whatever you use... and send me the recording.
Note: Your recording is 100% confidential. You maintain full ownership. I don't share it or reuse it.
2
I Analyze the Call in Detail
I review your call using my Sales Call Tune-Up framework, examining every critical moment.
3
One-on-One Tune-Up Session
We jump on a 60-minute Zoom and walk through the call together. Honest but supportive feedback, brainstorming, examples, sales tips. (It’ll be pleasant)
4
Takeaways & Follow-Up
Session recording, transcript, PDF summary, and other sales tools. And a check-in to get your progress report, field questions.
You'll get a detailed report with clarity and structure, which will help you ask better questions and feel more confident.

Brendan is one of the most effective and trusted business and sales coaches I’ve worked with. During his time leading Accelerate Baltimore and running the Pioneer Program, he helped founders sharpen their value proposition, build practical go-to-market plans, and sell with more confidence and discipline. In his role as Entrepreneur in Residence, he brought deep real-world experience, genuine care for founders, and an outcomes-focused approach that made a measurable difference across the community. I’m grateful for what he contributed during my time at ETC Baltimore, and I’d recommend him without hesitation.

Working with Brendan was transformational for our company - he helped us set up and execute our sales processes, and begin to figure out our ICP and how to communicate with them. Brendan helped us create a solid sales foundation that we have been able to grow from!

Before working with Brendan, we struggled to position our early-stage healthcare AI startup with credibility while balancing custom PoCs against long-term product scalability... and prospects were ghosting us after discovery calls. Brendan taught us to run truly pain-point-driven conversations where we problem-solve together, making it easy for prospects to articulate their own problems rather than immediately jump to solutions. Our top-of-funnel motion sped up dramatically, especially from discovery to demo, and deals we would have written off are now staying alive because we know how to reframe conversations with multiple stakeholders. The biggest shift? Recognizing sales is just structured problem-solving—we're solving a hard problem faster and more cost-effectively than enterprise vendors, and appreciating that value transformed our confidence and results.

Brendan’s sales call coaching helped me go from “wandering conversations” to a clear, strategic call framework that guides clinicians and decision-makers toward meaningful next steps. I’m now much better at leading with needs discovery, positioning value concisely, and asking questions that move the relationship forward—without pushing uphill too soon.Brendan brings a surgical-sales mindset with a pragmatic understanding of what matters in health systems. What I gained most is clarity: a well-defined path for how to frame the problem, articulate value, and drive action while respecting clinicians’ and payers’ time.
